Saballa’s Empire Barbershop Established in the year 2019 in the home of North Kingstown Rhode Island. We do the latest and haircuts.fades, lineups, beards, temps, and designs. Empire barbershop stayed with the North Kingston colors of black white and gold. This is a family friendly establishment and all ages are welcome. We care very much for a customers needs And build relationships at the same time. So look no farther this is the best barbershop in town hands-down.
